efficient staffdisorganized tourovercrowded lake
The staff was friendly and efficient. They arranged a taxi from the bus stop quickly (which was quite appreciated after a long journey).
I booked a tour to the lake through the hotel and it was a complete mess. Our guide seemed more interested in smoking weed than ensuring we all stayed together. He almost left my husband and daughter at a waterfall. The food served was barely edible, and the lake was overcrowded with long tail boats that was to be racing each other (not exactly the serene experience I anticipated).

The food at the restaurant was delicious! I especially liked the local dishes. The staff were helpful and friendly, assisting with tour bookings and transport. The bungalow was cozy and well kept.
