balanced stay
helpful staff amazing food expensive activities low water
the staff arranged a taxi quickly when i arrived at the bus stop the location is fine and they offer tours the restaurant is reasonably priced. i received a welcome drink upon arrival the staff were helpful and friendly. the restaurant has amazing food for an affordable price.
there wasn't enough water for the bamboo canoes to move easily.

disorganized tour overcrowded lake
The staff was friendly and efficient. They arranged a taxi from the bus stop quickly (which was quite appreciated after a long journey).
I booked a tour to the lake through the hotel and it was a complete mess. Our guide seemed more interested in smoking weed than ensuring we all stayed together. He almost left my husband and daughter at a waterfall. The food served was barely edible, and the lake was overcrowded with long tail boats that was to be racing each other (not exactly the serene experience I anticipated).

The food at the restaurant was delicious! I especially liked the local dishes. The staff were helpful and friendly, assisting with tour bookings and transport. The bungalow was cozy and well kept.
